Outside Mumbai
We travel
with the rig.
We have taken sound, lighting and crew out of Mumbai to Pune, Alibaug, Lonavala, Karjat, Daman, Surat, Ahmedabad and Goa — weddings, corporate offsites, concerts, club nights and private parties. An outstation event is not a bigger version of a city job: once the van leaves Mumbai, whatever you forgot is four hours away.
Not only weddings
Destination weddings are the obvious one, but the van goes out just as often for corporate offsites at hill resorts, concerts and live acts, club nights and private parties. Amit travels as a DJ in his own right as well — he has played outside India, not only across it — so an outstation booking can be the full rig and crew, just the DJ, or both.
Everything travels, including the spares
In the city a missing cable is an errand. In Alibaug it is the end of the evening. So an outstation rig goes out with its own spares — backup mics, extra cable, a reserve amp — and gets checked before it is loaded rather than after it arrives. The point of carrying redundancy is that you never get to talk about it afterwards.
A day earlier, not an hour earlier
Resorts, farmhouses and beach venues are a drive, and the drive is the part that goes wrong: traffic out of the city, a ghat section, a gate that is locked when you get there. We plan to arrive and set up well ahead of the function rather than against the clock, which usually means travelling the day before for anything beyond Pune or Alibaug.
Venues without a venue team
A resort lawn or a private farmhouse often has no in-house AV, no loading bay and power that was never meant to carry a rig. Expect to plan a generator, agree where the crew sleeps if it is a multi-day function, and settle local permissions and the night cut-off with the venue in advance. Beach and hillside sites add their own problems — wind, damp, sand and a long carry from wherever the vehicle can stop.
Where we have worked
Pune, Alibaug, Lonavala, Karjat, Daman, Surat, Ahmedabad and Goa. If your venue is somewhere else, ask — the answer depends on the dates and how much gear the function needs.
Questions.
Yes. We have taken sound, lighting and crew to Pune, Alibaug, Lonavala, Karjat, Daman, Surat, Ahmedabad and Goa — for weddings, corporate offsites, concerts and parties.
Yes. You can book the full rig and crew, the DJ on his own, or both. Tell us what the venue already has and we will quote only what is missing.
The rig, the spares and the crew to run it. Travel, accommodation for a multi-day function, and any generator or local permissions are quoted on top, because they depend entirely on the venue. Send us the dates and the venue and we will price it properly.
