Andheri

Corporate sound
for Andheri.

Andheri work is mostly offices, business parks and hotels — conferences, town halls, product launches and award nights. It is a different job to a wedding, and what decides whether it works is whether someone at the back can understand a sentence.

Speech first, music second

A corporate room is judged on intelligibility, not on how hard the subs hit. That means wireless handhelds and lapels that do not drop, a console with enough channels to handle a full panel, and coverage aimed so the back row hears the same words as the front. We set the system up for a speaking voice first and keep the music underneath it.

Getting into a business park

Andheri East, the MIDC stretch and SEEPZ run on passes, service lifts and loading bays with time windows. We need names and vehicle numbers in advance, and we plan the load-in around the building's rules rather than around yours. On an office floor there is no rigging — everything stands on the ground, tidy, with cable runs taped down so nobody trips over your AV on the way to the stage.

Working alongside your screens and AV team

Most corporate events already have an LED wall or a projector and somebody running slides. We take a feed from their machine, give them a clean send back, and agree who owns the audio switch before the room fills. Playback from a laptop, a lectern mic, a roving mic for questions — settled beforehand, not during.

Questions.

Yes. Microphones, mixing, speakers and playback for conferences, town halls, product launches and award nights, in offices, business parks and hotels across Andheri East and West.

Yes. We take an audio feed from their playback machine and agree the handover before the event, so one person is responsible for sound on the day.
